
Mark Napolin, CLU, ChFC has an extensive background in all aspects of financial consulting. He understands the complexities of business and taxation issues, not only from years in the business, but from being the entrepreneur of a successful small business and consulting many small business owners, executives and corporations. Mark is both a Registered Representative and Investment Advisor Representative of Royal Alliance Associates, Inc.

He began his financial services career in 1974 after serving as a Captain in the U.S. Air Force. Mark works in conjunction with CPAs, attorneys, trustees and bankers to deliver a comprehensive package of financial solutions. Mark’s areas of concentration include estate planning strategies, charitable planning, retirement analysis planning and funding, investment planning, business succession planning, executive compensation programs, employee benefit planning, long-term care planning, life insurance planning and college education funding.
Education: Mark holds a bachelors degree in English from California State University at Northridge and holds the CLU (Chartered Life Underwriter) and ChFC (Chartered Financial Consultant) designations from The American College, Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. In addition, he studied in the MBA program at the University of New Mexico, and remains current through continuing education course work.
Professional Affiliations: Include Past-President, New Mexico Estate Planning Council; Society of Financial Service Professional President, New Mexico – West Texas Chapter of Financial Service Professionals; National Association of Independent Financial Advisors; Board member of Women’s Economic Self-Sufficiency Team (WESST), Professional Advisory Council with the Albuquerque Community Foundation, and is a member of the New Mexico Planned Giving Roundtable.
Community Involvement: During Mark’s career his services have included University of New Mexico Foundation Planned Giving Advisory Board and Past-President of the New Mexico Arts & Crafts Fair Board of Directors. He previously served on the Amy Biehl Charter School Foundation Board, Presbyterian Medical Services Foundation Advisory Board and the Manzano Day School Endowment Committee.
Interests: Mark’s free time is spent on his various hobbies - snow skiing, gardening, hiking, walking, traveling, and reading.
